Free Community Introduction Program

For 7 days during Pickleball Week 2020, WPA members will serve as Community Ambassadors for our FREE community introduction program. All community members are invited to participate. No Experience Necessary!

  • Sign up for a FREE 60 min session dedicated to you and your group
  • Equipment provided
  • Get some quick instructional tips followed by game play (rules & scoring)
  • Max 6 players per group
  • Families and Kids welcome!
  • Covid Protocols on place – Bubble Groups Recommended

GRAB A PADDLE PROGRAM

Its easier to play if you have equipment!

In order to encourage people to get out on the courts beyond the event week, we have arranged a special deal on introductory equipment. Order during Pickleball week and receive a Manta Woody Paddle and Penn 40 outdoor ball for just $15 (tax incl). Great for new players or to build a family kit.

To order a paddle, simply check the box on the event SIGN UP FORM.

OTHER CLINICS AND EVENTS

Quick-start Clinics

1.5 hour clinic for new or novice players. 
Learn the basic rules, scoring & fundamental skills.
You will finish the clinic by playing a real game.

Clinics with visiting coach Brooke Siver

Join Brooke Siver, an IPTPA Level 2 Certified Instructor for an interactive Pickleball
clinic at the Tantalus Resort Lodge Courts. Players will be shown a variety of skills, drills and techniques to learn/improve their game of pickleball.
WTA coach Kirk Paterson will be assisting in the clinics.
Max 8 per class (4:1 Teaching Ratio)
